The consultation for the redevelopment of Redhill Data Centre ran from Thursday 27 November until Friday 12 December 2025.
We would like to thank everyone who engaged with our consultation and provided feedback on our proposals.
The project team are currently reviewing all feedback received. This will help to inform our final submitted proposals to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.
Redhill Data Centre Ltd are committed to continue engaging with the local community through successive stages of the planning process, up to and beyond the site’s development and future operation.

Feedback from this consultation, along with the outputs of our environmental assessments and technical work, will help to inform the planning application we will submit to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council in December 2025.
As part of our application, we will submit a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI), a document that summarises comments received from the local community and engagement undertaken in support of the project. Reigate and Banstead Borough Council will conduct its own consultation before making a decision on the application. This presents another opportunity to provide feedback on our application.
